Alabaster 2022 is one of the remarkable wines crafted by the Eguren brothers at their Teso La Monja winery in Toro.
It is made exclusively from the Tinta de Toro grape variety sourced from three estate-owned, pre-phylloxera vineyards over 100 years old, organically cultivated and located in Valmediano, La Jara, and Marinacea (Zamora).
This incredible red wine undergoes 18 months of aging in new French oak barrels following a meticulous grain-by-grain destemming and traditional foot treading to achieve the smoothest extraction.
