Álvaro Palacios La Baixada 2019 (Magnum)

The second vintage of La Baixada is almost exclusively made with Grenache (98%) and a small percentage of white varieties. A 1.3 hectare plot planted at the end of the 20th century with an east orientation that was harvested in two days, on September 29th and 30th. Pure citrus expression (grapefruit) on the nose and on the palate, where it has a perfect balance between volume-weight-matter. Intense and juicy. Contained energy. Great lay-down potential. Production of only 2,800 bottles.
