Les Aubaguetes 2015 is the first vintage of one of Álvaro Palacios most desired Priorat wines. The grape comes from a vineyard in property –with the same name– of just 1.79 hectares, planted in 1901, in a north-facing coastal area in Bellmunt del Priorat. An ideal, shady place, where the varieties –Grenache, Samsó and white ones– are situated on a steep slope, surrounded by holm oaks and pine forests at an altitude that ranges from 230 to 288 metres. A desired wine to discover and enjoy little by little in the glass. Only 2,130 bottles were produced from this first vintage.
