Carmen Ferrer, her husband Manolo Sanmartín, and her daughter Pili, direct Bàrbara Forés winery, who is today one of the leading winemakers in Terra Alta. Bàrbara Forés Rosat 2019 is a coupage of organically grown Grenache, Syrah and Cariñena. After a short maceration with the skins, the must was bled, then fermented with its own yeasts. A delicious and fresh rosé, ideal as an aperitif, with rice, pasta and Asian dishes.
