Bott-Geyl Riesling Grafenreben 2016

Bott-Geyl Riesling Grafenreben 2016

Located in the Alsatian village of Beblenheim, the history of Domaine Bott-Geyl dates back to 1795. Since 1993, it has been run by Jean-Christophe Bott, who converted his vineyards to organic 20 years ago and applies biodynamic practices since 2002. It has 15 hectares of vineyards that include 4 Grand Crus and 4 lieux-dits. Bott-Geyl Riesling Grafenreben 2016 is one of its lieux-dits, a plot in the village of Zellenberg, planted on a clay slope and calcareous soil facing southeast. A fantastic white wine, aromatic and fresh, ideal to accompany Asian dishes.
