ELABORATION
Traditional method, selection, destemming and pressing of the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel tanks from 25 hl to 200 hl under controlled temperature between 15 to 17 ºC during 12 days.
TASTING NOTES
Beautiful, bright and straw yellow in colour. On the nose, it is very seductive, with floral notes of white flowers and roses, together with citric aromas such as lemon and reminiscences of herbs like hay. Peach and nectarine hints appear at the end. A vintage that stands out for its balance, both on the nose and on the palate, showing delicacy, silkiness. Fantastic freshness, slightly saline finish with evocative flowers and lychees aromas.
FOOD PAIRING
The perfect wine to pair with appetizers, salads, rice and pasta dishes and light meats.
