Pazo Señorans is an ancient and noble house built in the 16th century, owned nowadays by the Mareque-Bueno family, which has become a benchmark wine producer in Rías Baixas. Tras los Muros 2017 is a 100% Albariño planted in the vineyards closest to the winery, within the Pazo Señorans Estate. The grape juice was fermented and kept with its lees for six months in one and two year old barrels. An extraordinary white wine with a limited production of only 3,000 bottles. It has become the first barrel-aged and fermented wine of the winery. Great lay-down potential.
