It is a coupage of Pinot Noir, Zweigelt and St. Laurent that following the traditional method, makes the second fermentation in the bottle and it is aged in rhyme more than 18 months. Delicate salmon pink in colour and creamy bubble, with a lot of berries and citrus fruit flavours. Elegant and balanced, perfect for the appetizer or with smoked fish and creamy cheeses.
