La añada 2025 es la segunda cosecha con certificación ecológica y la última elaborada en la histórica sala de tinas de madera de la bodega. Ensamblaje de un 94 % de cabernet sauvignon, un 5 % de merlot y un 1 % de petit verdot, que se vendimiaron del 2 al 20 de septiembre.
Uno de los grandes vinos que en nuestras degustaciones se mostraba con una nariz más opaca. Hay perfume de frutas negras y tinta. Luego, en la boca se abre, mostrando peso y materia, con una buena madurez y frescura –tiene 12,5 º de alcohol– y una deliciosa textura de coulis.
Un vino serio –menos exuberante que el 2022– necesitado de tiempo.
