Château Latour produces one of the most coveted fine wines in the world at its historic estate in Pauillac (Bordeaux). Since 1855, it has been classified as Premier Grand Cru Classé. The vineyard is a beautiful garden of 92 hectares, of which 47 surround the château in the area known as L’Enclos, dedicated to the production of the Grand Vin. The vines—cultivated biodynamically—have an average age of over 60 years, with some exceeding 100 years.
Château Latour 2016 is a blend of 92.9% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7.1% Merlot. The wine’s nose, just nine years after harvest, already begins to reveal the full class and complexity of a great vintage. On the palate, it is straight and profound, with a perfect balance between volume and weight.
