The 2019 vintage was unanimously rated excellent in Bordeaux, and more specifically in the Margaux AOC, ranking among the most outstanding of recent decades. A mild winter, a rainy spring, and a fairly warm summer provided optimal ripening conditions for the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that dominate the blend of its Grand Vin, as well as the small portion of Merlot that completes it.
