Ensamblaje de un 80% de merlot y un 20% de cabernet franc procedentes de los lieux-dits Rocheyron y Echeres, respectivamente. Se criará durante 12 meses en barricas –un 20% nuevas– y permanecerá 3 meses más en depósitos antes del embotellado.
Rocheyron 2025 tiene un perfume que es una explosión. La dulzura en las extracciones, la tensión del terruño calcáreo y el no caer en la sobremadurez de los merlot ha dado un 2025 fresco y equilibrado con más carácter y nivel que el 2024 –que también degustamos– y un tanino sedoso que se alarga en la boca.
