Colet-Navazos Reserva Brut Nature 2020

Colet Navazos Reserva Brut Nature 2020 is the latest release of the original Clàssic Penedès with Sherry-inspired characteristics.

Colet Navazos is a successful collaboration between winemaker Sergi Colet, producer of sparkling wines at his estate in Pacs del Penedès, and Equipo Navazos, who for the past 20 years have selected and bottled limited editions of unique soleras and casks from the Jerez region.

This sparkling wine was crafted using the traditional method exclusively with Chardonnay, and underwent aging—lasting over 40 months—in Colet’s cellars.

At the time of disgorgement—in September 2024—a dosage made with aged manzanilla was added. The saltiest of the two original Colet Navazos sparkling wines. Limited to just 1,500 bottles.
