El Tamboril 2019 was born on a beautiful plot of half hectare located at 1,200 metres of altitude in Navatalgordo (Ávila). Grenache was planted 70 years ago on pure granite soil. It was harvested on October 2th and is currently being aged in a 1,000-litre cask. On the nose it has small toasted notes. On the palate it is very vibrant, with a present tannin but very well accompanied. Fernando says that the nose "has the soul of a white wine".
