How do I find products at
Check or search products you would like to shop through our search engine in the upper right side of your screen. There you can detail your search. Once you find the desired product click on it to access to more information about it.

If you are not sure about the product your look for, please choose the category product you like through the main menu in the left side of the main page so you can access advanced search.

How can I add items to my shopping cart?
If you have decided to purchase a product at, please click “Buy”. You can continue shopping surfing through site until you have achieved all your desired products. Please check your shopping cart by clicking “shopping cart” in the upper side of your screen.

Is there a minimum purchase for delivery?

What payment methods can I use?
At any payment system is totally secured. You can purchase with VISA or Mastercard through the secured payment platform provided by Banc de Sabadell or PayPal. For more information please check “Payment Security”.

I forgot my password
If you forgot your password press “I forgot my password”, we will send you an email to reset your password. You can change your new password at any time at “my account”.


Transport and delivery conditions

How is my delivery done?
At we take care of delivering purchases with the right packaging especially dessign for that effect to avoid any breakage.

When will my purchase arrive?
- Purchases to Comunidades Autónomas (regional) city capitals will be delivered in 48 hours except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
-For the rest of the peninsula and Balearic Islands deliveries will be in 48-72 hours except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
-Check delivery conditions for Ceuta, Melilla, and Canary Islands.
Purchases will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
-For deliveries outside Spain please check at “transport”.

Can i pick up my delivery at the transport company facility?
In the event you cannot receive your delivery we suggest you procide an address where we can deliver during our working hours given that it is not possible to pick up your package at the transport company facility.

What happens if a bottle is broken?
Delivery packaging is designed to avoid breakage and our transport partners are very aware of the fragility of our product but, in any case, it is possible exceptional breakage by accident.

When receiving delivery please:
1. Check everything is correct at delivery
2. Let us know any inconvenience leaving indications and signature at the delivery invoice
3. Our transport company partners do not allow devolutions once the package has been opened in their presence but you can check delivery package conditions before opening in order to determine whether or not you can refuse it. Our transport partner will let us know the incidence and automatically we will send a new delivery without additional cost for you.

What happens if a bottle is not in good conditions?
At Vila Viniteca we taste all the wines we deliver and sell and we have a high product rotation, which allows us to detect any anomaly. In any case it is possible that some bottle is delivered not being in perfect condition. If that happens we will replace that bottle for another one without any additional cost for you. What should I do if my purchase is delivered incomplete or I receive something I did not buy?
In the event that you receive different bottles from the ones you ordered, please send us an email at[email protected] letting us know about your order and your contact information and we will ship your purchase without any additional cost.

We trust to Banc Sabadell and PayPal our payment systems. All transactions occur following a strict payment platform guaranteeing confidentiality through the protocol SSL. Vila Viniteca guarantees legal protection for your personal information and will not give access to your personal data to anyone outside our legal rapport in agreement with the law 15/99 of Personal Data Protection.
