Curii Uvas y Vinos is the personal project by Violeta Gutiérrez de la Vega, daughter of Felipe Gutiérrez de la Vega, and Alberto Redrado, sommelier of the restaurant L’Escaleta, a renowned establishment from Alicante with two Michelin stars. Trepadell 2018 is their white wine. It is made mostly with Trepadell from vineyards on white calcareous soils. It was aged in American oak barrels for almost a year. A complex and seductive white wine with floral aromas, spices and Mediterranean herbs. A silky mouth with a seductive bitter touch. Very limited production.
