Delamotte Brut Rosé is one of the sophisticated champagnes by Maison Delamotte, one of the oldest wineries in the region, founded in 1760 and sister of the legendary Champagne Salon. Its rosé is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the best plots facing southeast of the Reims mountain and a small percentage of Chardonnay from the village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger on the Côte de Blancs. The grapes macerate with their skins colouring the wine with a beautiful salmon colour, adding as well its delicate aromas of red fruits and citrus. The champagne aged for 3 years in rhyme before being disgorged. A seductive and complex rosé perfect to pair with a meal from start to finish.
