Moncerbal 2019 was harvested in three days, on September 12th, 13rd and 14th and is a coupage mainly made up of Mencía (96%) and white sherry grapes and Valenciana (4%). A 1.51 hectare area planted with 60 to 90 year old vines that suffered a strong hail storm in 2017 and is gradually recovering its production. On the nose it is super seductive, with hints of vanilla, lactic, citrus, cherries, strawberries, pomegranate and watermelon, lots of watermelon. It evokes freshness and juiciness. On the palate it is compact but fluid, delicate and very, very perfumed. Juicy fruit and good freshness. A delight.
