Stéphane Erissé is one of the most remarkable “vignerons” in the Loire Valley. He quit his job in the building sector to focus on the vineyard. He worked with the Foucault family (Clos Rougeard) until he started his own project. His Anjou wines express the purity of each vineyard plot. Domaine Andrée Les Faraunières 2016 is a selection of Chenin Blanc vines planted over 80 years ago. A bright white wine to enjoy for the next 7 years with fish, white meats and seafood.
