ELABORATION 
Little interventionist winemaking, fermentation took place in low and controlled temperatures, using indigenous yeast and non destemmed grapes.

AGEING
14 months in French oak barrels of 400 and 700 litres and 6 months in bottle.

TASTING NOTES
Delicate, brilliant and pale ruby in colour with brick red hues. On the nose, it is refined, with a subtle perfume of berry fruits like blackcurrant, raspberry, liquor cherries and intense balsamic notes of eucalyptus and a floral hint of camomile. On the palate, it is clean with a silky texture that provides a delicate and airy mouthfeel. A red wine with temper, and notable freshness. Red fruit, spices as clove and subtle toasted wood aromas persist on the aftertaste. (Tasting date: December 2019)

FOOD PAIRING
Perfect to accompany red meats as duck magret with pear sauce or hamburger with foie, as well as sheep and cow mature cheese.

Between 15 and 17ºC

RECOMMENDED GLASS
Pinot/Nebbiolo of Vinum Riedel serie and Old World Pinot Noir of the Veritas Riedel serie.
