Equipo Navazos, renowned for its expertise in selecting and bottling unique wines in Jerez de la Frontera, presents La Bota No. 132 Red Vermouth.

This limited edition, capped at 2,100 bottles and dated February 2025, is crafted under the direction of Eduardo Ojeda.

This vermouth is based on a young Oloroso made from Palomino Fino grapes, enhanced with a carefully selected blend of botanical extracts and spices, following a proprietary recipe that highlights the character of the base wine.

The result is a vermouth with 17.5% alcohol by volume, where the richness and depth of the Oloroso harmonize with the aromatic nuances of the botanicals, with no specified use of cold filtration or colorants.

On the nose, it reveals notes of dried fruits, Mediterranean herbs, and sweet spices. On the palate, it offers a broad and balanced entry, with subtle bitterness and a persistent finish that melds hints of wood, caramel, and orange peel.

It is recommended to serve neat, over ice with a slice of orange, or as a base in classic cocktails such as the Negroni or Manhattan, where its structure and complexity contribute a distinctive profile.
