Equipo Navazos La Bota Nº 133. de Vermut Blanco Seco
Equipo Navazos, renowned for its work in the recovery and revaluation of fortified wines from the Jerez region, presents La Bota No. 133 Dry White Vermouth.
Produced in Jerez de la Frontera under the direction of Eduardo Ojeda, this vermouth is crafted from a base of Palomino Fino wine aged as Fino for an average of 4 years in American oak casks.
The recipe is characterized by a citrus aromatic profile, with prominent grapefruit notes layered over a Fino base that provides structure and salinity.
The blend is made from carefully selected wines and infused with botanicals that enhance freshness and dryness without masking the character of the base wine.
The result is a dry vermouth with 17% ABV, featuring a precise integration of alcohol and a balance between bitterness, saline notes, and citrus nuances. The finish is long, clean, and persistent, with a subtle hint of citrus peel.
La Bota No.
133 Dry White Vermouth is recommended to be served chilled, neat or with a touch of grapefruit peel in a wide glass, making it especially suitable as an aperitif or in classic cocktails such as a Dry Martini or a Bamboo, where its dry and mineral profile adds depth and freshness.
Limited edition February 2025 release, with a production of 2,200 bottles.
