Fabio Coullet Vermouth

The winery located in the Axarquía region of Málaga creates this vermouth from aged Andalusian wines, bitter plant extracts, Ceylon cinnamon, and Indonesian clove, among other sweet spices.

It is aged in old American oak barrels to impart greater depth and intensity. With a beautiful caramel red color and a highly aromatic profile, it offers a great harmony and balance of flavors, with a sugar content of 140 g/L.

It leaves a long-lasting finish of herbal notes of fennel and rosemary, accented by spices and orange peel.
