Gonet-Médeville 1er Cru Cuvée Tradition

Gonet-Médeville 1st Cru Cuvée Tradition is the flagship champagne by Xavier Gonet and Julie Médeville. It is made with the traditional variety coupage of the region: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. A percentage of 30% of the base wine was aged in oak barrels and the final coupage was aged for 24 months in the cellars before disgorgement, where a slight dosage of 7 grams per litre was added. A creamy, fresh and complex bubbly sparkling wine, ideal to pair with a meal from start to finish.
