Grey Goose is a French vodka created by Sidney Frank and crafted under the supervision of Maître de Chai François Thibault.
Its production is based on winter soft wheat grown in Picardy and spring water from the Cognac region, ensuring high-quality raw materials and precise traceability.
The process begins with continuous fermentation in six cascading tanks, transforming the wheat into a low-alcohol mash before distillation via a column still system in northeast Paris.
The distillate is then transported to Cognac for final blending and adjustment, without undergoing cold filtration or the addition of colorants. The result is a vodka bottled at 40% alcohol by volume.
The "Lightpad" edition is presented in a special 3-liter format with LED lighting, without altering the composition of the distillate.
On the nose, Grey Goose offers a clean and delicate profile, with subtle cereal notes and a slightly floral background.
On the palate, it is smooth, with a silky texture and medium body, featuring precise alcohol integration and a fresh, balanced finish. It is recommended to serve neat, very cold, or with a few drops of water to highlight its purity.
