Comes from a vineyard plot in Dizy. This champagne was made with Pinot Noir from vines planted in 1933 on an east-facing slope with reddish limestone soils. The 2015 vintage was aged in vats on its lees and was neither filtered nor fined.
The disgorgement took place in March 2023, and no dosage was added. Fragrant, with aromas of cherries, raspberries, and white fruit, complemented by notes of toasted bread and subtle spicy hints.
On the palate, it is dry, structured, with sapidity and minerality, leading to a fresh and elegant finish.
