Gold and shiny in colour with a fine bubble of slow release. On the nose it displays delicate and subtle pure symphony of nuts aromas such as nuts or hazelnut slightly toasted, with notes of fruit in syrup and a delicate touch of white flowers, rosemary and honey. It reveals a fine and well-integrated bubble on the palate, providing an unctuous sensation. We recognized again the fruit in syrup aromas and notes of brioche and raw almonds on the aftertaste.
A cava highly refined that will pair perfectly a meal from start to finish. Ideal with creamy elaborations and deserts slightly sweet.
