Second fermentation in bottle, following the traditional method. The base wine, from different harvests, was fermented separately by varieties and vintages in stainless steel tanks. Prior to the "Tiraje", the wine was aged in magnum bottles or barrels.
"Tiraje" in June 2008. During the foaming (6 months) the bottles were constantly moving on the desks to intensify contact with the lees. Rhyme ageing lasted more than 10 years.
It has a very pale salmon colour and a fine bubble. On the nosei it is fragrant with suggestive notes of small berries such as gooseberry and with predominant milky notes, as well as nuts such as walnuts and sweet spices such as licorice stick. On the palate it has a voluminous bubble that gives it body and a silky texture. Good freshness balances the whole. Long finish with hints of nuts such as boiled chestnuts and yogurt.
A perfect gastronomic Cava to accompany cold starters such as mackerel carpaccio with vinaigrette, cured fish and meat or slowly cooked poultry.
