ELABORATION 
Second fermentation in bottle, following the traditional method. The base wine, from different harvests, was fermented separately by varieties and vintages in stainless steel tanks. Prior to the "Tiraje", the wine was aged in magnum bottles or barrels.

AGEING
"Tiraje" in May 2005. During the foaming (6 months) the bottles were constantly moving on the desks to intensify contact with the lees. Rhyme ageing lasted more than 11 years.

FOOD PAIRING
A perfect gastronomic Cava to accompany cold starters such as mackerel carpaccio with vinaigrette, cured fish and meat or slowly cooked poultry.

TEMPERATURE OF SERVICE
Between 4 and 6ºC

RECOMMENDED GLASS
Champagne Glass of the Veritas Riedel serie.
