The Almacenista Collection by Lustau originates from the historic soleras established by Emilio Lustau in the 1940s. As a tribute, the label highlights the names of the individuals who made the creation of these wines possible.

Their Amontillado from Castillo Almacenista Antonio Caballero y Sobrinos comes from a solera of 38 casks with an average age of 18 years. The aging takes place in the cellar of Castillo de San Marcos, the iconic building located in the historic center of El Puerto de Santa María.

An exceptional Amontillado with aromas of hazelnuts and orange peel, layered over a smoky wood background. On the palate, it is concentrated with a long, saline finish.

Perfect for pairing with spiced dishes, cold or smoked meats, cured fish, and boards of Iberian ham and cheeses.
