Lustau Amontillado Escuadrilla

Lustau Amontillado Escuadrilla is made with Palomino Fino in American oak casks, using the "solera y criaderas" system, in Emilio Lustau wineries. First it was aged for 4 years under "velo de flor" and then 8 years in oxidative ageing in La Bodega de la Emperatriz Eugenia in Jerez de la Frontera. It is a classic Amontillado from Jerez: full-bodied, elegant and balanced. A wine that honors the camaraderie and friendship of the Air Force squad of which Emilio Lustau was part.
