Lustau is a century-old winery in the Jerez region and the only one producing wines in all three authorized towns for aging: Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa María, and Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

Its Manzanilla Pasada Manuel Cuevas Jurado is part of the Almacenista collection, which originates from the historic soleras established by Emilio Lustau in the 1940s.

Currently, the solera dedicated to this manzanilla consists of approximately 80 casks located in the Sanlúcar de Barrameda cellar.

The extended aging of 7 years causes the flor yeast layer to thin slightly, resulting in a subtle level of oxidation and enhanced complexity. This manzanilla is intense, fresh, and features a delightful saline finish.

It is ideal as an aperitif or paired with shellfish and smoked fish.
