Lustau’s Fino de Jerez Single Cask is a fino palomino sherry from a static aging process in a cask that was left undisturbed—no racking or topping—for the past 4 years.
The unique humidity and temperature conditions of the Las Cruces cellar fostered the development of a compact, dense layer of flor yeast, resulting in an intensely aromatic fino with notes of toasted nuts and spices.
On the palate, it is sharp and flavorful, with a long, saline, and very fresh finish. In September 2022, a limited release of only 480 half-liter bottles was made exclusively for Vila Viniteca.
