Made exclusively from Palomino Fino grapes grown in the San Cayetano Alto estate, located in the historic Macharnudo vineyard in Jerez.
The exceptional purity of the albariza soils and the 2022 vintage—which yielded grapes of great concentration and excellent acidity—have allowed the creation of a white wine that, after one year of aging, promises excellent cellar potential.
This bottle captures the unique character of Jerez’s great still wines—also known as “de pasto”—and is adorned with a label designed by artist Antonio López, one of the most essential figures in Spanish painting.
