Pago de Carraovejas Cuesta de las Liebres 2014

The most precious wine of Pago de Carraovejas was made for the first time in 1999. From an exhaustive selection of the best Tinto Fino of a single plot, it would only be made in exceptional vintages. Now, finally, after 3 years without enjoying it, the winery presents Cuesta de las Liebres 2014. It has a beautiful deep ruby color. On the nose it is a symphony of aromas of ripe red and black fruits combined with delicate notes of vanilla and a slight balsamic memory that gives it freshness. On the palate it has an elegant and precise entrance that invades the palate with a wave of fruit and a texture of silk tannins, although well armed for the lay-down.
