Perrot-Batteux & Filles Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru Brut

Champagne Perrot-Batteux & Filles, led by sisters Cynthia and Céline, is a small family-owned winery founded in 1985 in the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs.

They cultivate 5 hectares of vineyards spread across 17 plots in the municipality of Bergères-les-Vertus, with 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir. All of these are classified as Premier Cru.

Their Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Brut includes reserve wines from two or three previous vintages, with a minimum aging of 3 years in the bottle.

This “vigneron” champagne is elegant and very fresh, featuring a predominance of fruit complemented by anise and buttery biscuit aromas. It is ideal for starting a meal with oysters and pairs well with delicate dishes, seafood, or fish.
