Quintero Vidueño Viejísimo (3/8)

Quintero Vidueño Viejísimo is an exclusive sweet wine from the island of El Hierro. Typical of the municipality of Sabinosa, it is a coupage of over-matured local grape varieties such as Verijadiego, Baboso and Gual, among others. It is made by the Quintero family who has been preserving vineyards for years and the tradition of making sweet wines without added alcohol, aged and preserved in demijohns. After a system of “soleras”, each year a single “Saca” is made. The last was in October 2019, from which only 250 bottles were bottled. An incredible rarity of a project by Juan Manuel Quintero with the collaboration of Bimbache Vinícola.
