This November we propose a selection composed by some of the most prestigious areas of France: three red wines from Bordeaux and three white wines from Bourgogne.
The three reds, made mainly with Merlot and Cabernet Franc varieties, come from Château Grand Village –owned by the Guinaudeau family (Château Lafleur in Pomerol)–; Domaine de l’Aurage, which belongs to the Mitjavile family (Tertre Roteboeuf); and Demoiselle La Confession by Jean Philippe Janoueix.
The three whites, made with the Chardonnay variety, represent the diversity of the different Bourgogne areas. From Chablis, to the north, a special cuvée by Billaud-Simon and to the south an aromatic Mâcon by Joseph Drouhin –one of the great Maisons de Bourgogne– and a seductive Viré-Clessé by Comtes Lafon.
