The September selection shows the great wealth and diversity of styles of one of the most prestigious wine regions in the world: La Rioja.
The wines of six families that are a reference. Four reds, one white and one rosé, with novelties, great classics and very limited productions to enjoy this historic appellation.
We exclusively present for the members of El Club, two wines that will be the source of much talk. From the Muga family, its new project: El Andén de la Estación, made with Tempranillo and Grencache and aged for 14 months in barrels. And from José Luis Ripa, his first wine, a small-production rosé with long aging in barrels and bottles.
From Abel Mendoza, a white wine who years ago shook the status quo of the whites in the area: his excellent, desired and scarce Malvasía.
Remelluri Reserva 2012, where the conscientious selection of the best of the estate done by Amaya and Telmo Rodríguez, it is noticeable in a change of style to a more elegant and profound wine. The first organic wine of the Sáenz de Samaniego family, Escobal 2018 from Ostatu. And the Crianza 2015 of Finca Nueva by Miguel Ángel de Gregorio from hiswinery in Navarrete.
Six magnificent Riojas to start savoring or lay-down few more years in your private cellar.
