In August, the Club brings together a fantastic selection of sparkling wines to toast during the summer: a Conca del Riu Anoia, two Cavas, a Penedès, a Corpinnat and a Champagne.
From Raventós i Blanc, the sparkling wine De Nit, a benchmark rosé made with Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Monastrell. A complex wine from the winery run by Pepe Raventós.
Aire Brut Nature 2019 by L'Origan is one of the magnificent vintage cavas that Manel and Carlos Martínez make in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. Coupage of Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay from Alt Penedès aged for 3 years in the cellars. Fresh, different and seductive.
Codorníu Ars Collecta Blanc de Noirs Gran Reserva 2017 is made with Pinot Noir and a small percentage of Trepat and Xarel·lo. A sparkling wine aged for 35 months that is made at Celler Jaume, a micro-cellar dedicated to high-quality Cavas. Can Ràfols dels Caus Blanc de Negres Brut Nature 2015 is the proposal of Carlos Esteva, who began making wine in 1980 on his estate in Avinyonet del Penedès and has always been a revolutionary in the use of varieties and their vinification. Ull de llebre aged for more than 5 years in the bottle in a limited edition of 1,800 bottles.
From the Can Feixes winery, Huguet Brut Nature 2014, made with a careful selection of Parellada, Macabeu and Pinot Noir that rested in the cellars for more than 7 years with their lees. A very elegant and gastronomic Corpinnat.
And Collet Brut, a Champagne from the mythical town of Aÿ with touches of brioche and citrus on the nose, fresh and with a long finish.
