Sicus is the project of the young Eduard Pié in the mountainous area of Massís de Bonastre, between Alt Camp and Baix Penedès, in the province of Tarragona. It makes varietal wines, with minimal intervention, expressing its restless personality and the terroir. Sicus Cru Blanc 2010 is one of his incredible sparkling wines made exclusively with Cartoixà (Xarel·lo) from a single vineyard. It was harvested by hand in its Finca La Caseta, with a subsequent bottle ageing of more than 9 years. A delicious sparkling wine with a saline, fresh and complex character. Limited production, only 4,000 bottles. Great evolution in the bottle.
