Sicus is the project of the young entrepreneur Eduard Pié in Massís de Bonastre, in the province of Tarragona. Following a non-interventionist philosophy, he makes single-variety wines that express the singularity and personality of the plot where they come from. Sicus Malvasia Àmfora 2018 is one of their white wines. It comes from a beautiful 1.6-hectare amphitheatre-shaped estate called Corral del Segarra. The grapes were macerated for 22 days with their skins and the wine was aged later in amphoras for a month and a half. Aromatic and delicious white wine of limited production.
