Crafted using the traditional sour mash process, this whiskey exemplifies the distillery’s commitment to quality and the authenticity of its methods. The mash bill consists of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye.

After fermentation with the sour mash technique, the spirit is aged in handcrafted new American oak barrels that undergo intense toasting.

This maturation in virgin wood imparts complexity and structure to the final profile, while bottling is done at an alcohol content ranging between 40% and 45%. On the nose, Jack Daniel’s Old No.

7 reveals notes of caramel, vanilla, and subtle hints of toasted oak.
