Zoco Pacharán (1 L)
Zoco Pacharán is produced by Zamora Company (Ambrosio Velasco S.A.b.) in Navarra, a region historically renowned for this traditional liqueur.
Zoco Pacharán stands out for using exclusively selected Navarra sloes and natural anise, following a recipe that honors the authenticity and local origin of its ingredients.
The base of this liqueur is obtained by macerating fresh sloes in neutral alcohol along with anise for a period of three months.
This process allows the extraction of aromatic compounds and the characteristic ruby color without the use of artificial coloring agents (free of E150a).
The result is a pacharán with 25% alcohol by volume, true to Navarra tradition and free from unnecessary additives.
On the nose, Zoco Pacharán offers intense notes of ripe red fruit, with hints of almond and a well-integrated anise background.
On the palate, it delivers a smooth and balanced entry, with a dense and silky texture and moderate sweetness that enhances the fruit flavors. The finish is persistent, with lingering sloe berry memories and subtle spicy notes.
It is recommended to serve chilled, neat or over ice, in a liqueur glass, and it is commonly enjoyed as a digestif after meals.
