Another year on, it gives us great delight to present you with our new catalogue. With carefully selected wines, spirits and gastronomy, it is the result of a year of continual endeavour from our teams of sommeliers and gastronomic specialists to offer you the most desirable products.
This issue is very special for us, as Ferran Adrià has illustrated the covers and, with remarkable generosity, undertaken unprecedented involvement with the inside pages. In these, he offers a profound reflection on food and drink, exploring the origins of the cuisine and all that surrounds it, and rediscovering the iconic dishes of elBulli through his very own illustrations.
The comments this year highlight the wines that shone brightest at Cala Montjoi.
A very special homage to all the chefs, waiters and sommeliers, to the Bullinianos and most especially to our friend Juli Soler.
