Alta Vista Estate Premium Malbec 2022

Alta Vista is an Argentine winery founded in 1998 by Count Patrick d'Aulan, heir to the former owners of the Maison Piper-Heidsieck Champagne house.

The winery is located 15 km south of the city of Mendoza, with vineyards spread across various locations.

Alta Vista Estate Premium Malbec 2022 is the result of a selection of the finest Malbec grapes from vineyards planted at over 1,000 meters in altitude, on some of the highest terraces of the Andes.

It undergoes a 10-month aging process in French and American oak barrels. This red wine features predominant fresh red fruit notes such as cherries, with pronounced violet aromas layered over a background of fine woods.

On the palate, it is full-bodied, with well-integrated tannins and a persistent, precise finish. Ideal with all types of red meats and aged sheep's milk cheeses.
