La Riva Manzanilla Fina Miraflores Baja, Cask No. 3 2025, is one of the exceptional wines crafted by the Cádiz winemakers Ramiro Ibáñez and Willy Pérez.
This Manzanilla comes from a solera of 1/12 barrels located in the historic Luis del Río cellar, with an average biological aging of three and a half years.
It is a delicate and fresh Manzanilla, featuring aromatic complexity and a very silky palate, with subtle notes of herbs, citrus, nuts, a hint of bitter almond, yeast, and a distinctive saline finish.
Ideal to enjoy chilled, paired with appetizers, shellfish, or smoked fish.
