Cîroc Apple Vodka (0,7 L)
Cîroc Apple Vodka is a flavored expression from the Cîroc range, crafted by Maison Villevert under the direction of Jean-Sébastien Robicquet in France.
The distillery is distinguished by its use of fine grapes from the Mauzac Blanc and Ugni Blanc varieties, sourced from the Gaillac region—an uncommon approach in vodka production that provides a unique and elegant base to the spirit.
The production process begins with grape harvesting, juice extraction, and fermentation.
The distillate then undergoes five distillation stages: the first four in column stills and the final one in a traditional copper pot still, contributing to its purity and texture.
The flavor profile is enhanced with natural apple and other fruit aromas, reaching an alcohol content of 35%. On the nose, fresh green apple notes stand out, accompanied by floral nuances and subtle hints of grape.
On the palate, it offers a smooth, fruity entry with a silky texture and a well-balanced harmony between fruit and alcohol. The finish is clean, with a delicate apple persistence and a slightly citrusy background.
Due to its aromatic profile and moderate alcohol level, it is ideal for enjoying neat, chilled, or as a base in classic cocktails such as the Martini or Apple Collins.
