Gordon's

Gordon's is one of the most recognized London Dry gins, produced by Cameronbridge Gin Distillery in the United Kingdom.

Since its creation in the 18th century, the recipe has remained a secret and is based on a carefully selected blend of classic botanicals, with juniper as the star, accompanied by coriander, citrus, and other natural ingredients.

The base is a pure grain neutral spirit, which is redistilled together with the botanicals in a pot still, following the traditional London Dry method.

This process ensures the precise extraction of aromas and flavors without adding artificial colorants. The alcohol content varies by market, generally ranging between 37.5% and 40%.

On the nose, it features a fresh and clean juniper profile, with citrus notes and a spicy background. On the palate, it is dry, balanced, and light in texture, with an alcohol integration that enhances the vibrancy of the botanicals.

It is recommended to serve neat, over ice, or in classic cocktails such as the Gin & Tonic or Dry Martini, where its straightforward character and freshness provide definition and balance.
