It is crafted by the historic Jerez winery using three exceptional wines: a very dry fino, a sweet moscatel, and a touch of Tintilla de Rota, which helps achieve its beautiful coppery color.
This is a blend of 10 botanicals and spices, including wormwood, chamomile, vanilla, cardamom, and nutmeg. The average barrel aging is 2 years. Notable for its floral notes and aromas of red fruits, it offers a very silky mouthfeel.
